Children’s Camp: Nature Summer Camp (Ottawa)

We invite your children to join the Mandarin Immersion “Nature Summer Camp” organized by the Tzu Chi Academy, Ottawa this summer! We have designed a series of engaging ecological courses for children. In the nature parks around our office, children will learn through hands-on experiences how to cherish water resources, turn waste into treasure, and protect the earth, care for life, and appreciate nature through practical actions. Inspire wisdom through stories, learn tolerance through activities, and grow happily through games! 🌳✨
🏕️ Camp Details
- Age: 5–12 years old
- Camp Dates: (Can sign up for week A or B, or both)
- Week A: August 10–14, 2026
- Week B: August 17–21, 2026
- Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pre or post care available)
- Location: 58 Antares Dr. Unit 9, Nepean, ON K2E 7W6
- Classes: Themed Teaching & Mandarin Immersion, exploring how to care for the earth by practicing recycling, reducing waste, and protecting nature. Includes ecological experiences, fun math, and creative workshops.
- Fees: 1 week for 280, or 2 weeks discounted at $540 (Includes T-shirt, lunch, and snacks).
- Early Bird Discount: Register before June 30 for 1 week at $260, or 2 weeks at $510.
- Additional Fees: $5 per half hour for early care or extended hours.
- Notes: Admission is up to a maximum of 16 students. A minimum of 8 students is required to run the camp. The academy reserves the right to cancel the program if the minimum requirement is not met or for any other reason.
