DESCRIPTION:This course aims to help participants strengthen their muscles and bones\, improve balance\, and learn to integrate the philosophy of Tai Chi (where movement and stillness coexist) into daily life through traditional fitness and wellness Tai Chi practices\, leading to a healthy and vibrant lifestyle. \n\nDates: September 10\, 17\, 24\, 2026; October 1\, 8\, 15\, 22\, 29; November 5 (Total 9 classes)\nTime: Thursdays 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM\nCourse Code: B301\nLocation: Tzu Chi Burnaby Office (6255 Nelson Ave. Burnaby)\nInstructor: Mr. Huang Cong (An experienced instructor who has taught wellness Tai Chi at Mosaic and Tzu Chi\, deeply rooted in guiding the philosophy of Tai Chi.)\nCourse Fee: $45 per student.
