Looking to strengthen your muscles and joints, improve your balance, and stay active? We invite you to join our “Tai Chi for Healthy Aging” class offered by the Tzu Chi Foundation Canada Continuing Education program to cultivate physical vitality and inner peace.
Led by Instructor Cong Huang, who has extensively taught therapeutic Tai Chi at Mosaic and Tzu Chi, this course focuses on the philosophy of finding balance between movement and stillness. Through gentle, low-impact movements, this class will help you improve flexibility, boost your overall well-being, and enjoy a vibrant, healthy lifestyle.
