Richmond volunteers from the Tzu Chi Foundation's Great Love Farm grew Japanese pumpkins for the food bank.
A Richmond farm run by a benevolent foundation has donated $7,500 and more than 100 Japanese pumpkins to the Richmond Food Bank.
Richmond volunteers from the Richmond Service District of the Tzu Chi Foundation, Canada held a short donation ceremony at the foundation’s Great Love Farm to make the donations.
All of the pumpkins were planted and harvested by Tzu Chi volunteers at the Great Love Farm.
Tzu Chi’s Great Love Farm at 9851 Finn Rd. is open to the public and everyone is welcome to visit.
