For years, Tzu Chi Academy has been deeply rooted in the Greater Vancouver community, promoting not only language education but also humanistic values and community service. In 2026, we are thrilled to expand our educational mission by establishing the “Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML)” specifically designed for adult learners, in proud collaboration with Taiwan’s Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC).

We provide a professional, inclusive, and joyful environment where adults from all backgrounds can learn Mandarin while immersing themselves in the rich tapestry of Taiwanese culture—including its history, arts, and everyday life.
