In the Greater Vancouver area, in Coquitlam, Canada, due to a large immigrant population, the government has funded trainings at a learning center to improve immigrants’ English. As community service is a part of the program, for the third year this year, recently the teacher brought 17 students to participate in Tzu Chi’s food distribution.
